Crafting Weekend Swaps

As you may be aware, last weekend I had an amazing weekend in Birmingham with a fantastic team of crafter’s.

Along with crafting we also play games, have an amazing raffle and best of all I got the opportunity to meet up with old friends and make some new friends. It is such an amazing time and although I came home exhausted, it was a happy exhaustion and I am still smiling now.

Another good part to these get togethers is the option of making ‘swaps’, which basically consists of duplicating one project numerous times, well, making enough to give to everyone. The idea is that if, for example there are 40 attendee’s, then you make 39 swaps (you won’t need one for yourself!) and go home with 39 completely different swaps.

It’s a great source of inspiration and excitement.

My project today is the swaps that I made. You will notice that they are very similar to previous swaps or thank you gifts that I have done. The swaps aren’t meant to be difficult or time consuming, they are for fun.

I created a Notelet card and a small 3D gift.

I used the new In-Colours, Fresh Florals DSP and embellishments.

Here is my tutorial for the 3D gifts and the list of products used is below.

Don’t forget, if you want to get involved in this fantastic social event and meet and make new friends the just become a Demonstrator. It’s simple, easy and there is no catch. Contact me or ‘Join’ My Team’ at the top.

You really don’t want to miss out.
