Today’s project is a variation of my Pyramid Box that I made. This is the same principle but with a box on the bottom.
I have used the stunning Year of Cheer DSP to make mine, which is sturdy enough to hold 3 Raefellos!
To make this you will need DSP measuring 6″ x 9″.
On the 9″ score at 2, 4, 6 and 8, then mark at 3, 5, 7 and 9″.
Rotate and score at 2″ and 4″.
Use a ruler to score a diagonal line from the mark to the point where your vertical and top horizontal lines meet. Continue along so you have scored triangles along the top.
In the vertical score lines mark 1cm down each one then cut from the tip of the triangle to the 1cm mark.
Finally punch your holes for your ribbon to be threaded and cut up the bottom vertical score lines for your bottom flaps.
Below is my tutorial for making up this box and it is followed by the products I used.
Happy Crafting 😊
