Firstly can I apologise for missing a couple of blog’s this week. Sadly I had a really painful back again, which just zapped all of my creativity and energy. Thankfully it is better again now so I am back on track.
My project for you today is a large and small origami table favours.
Both favours are made in exactly the same way. The larger one is simply doubled in size.
The small ones start off with DSP, 4″ x 6″.
On the 6″, score at 1″, 2″, 4″ & 5″. Rotate and score at 1″ and 3″.
Rotate back again and mark at the top, 3″ and on the first horizontal line at 2.5″ and 3.5″.
Use a ruler and score point to point, basically a ‘W’ shape.
The large ones start off with DSP 8″ x 12″.
With the 12″ score at 2″, 4″, 8″ and 10″, rotate and score at 2″ and 6″.
Rotate back and mark at 6″ at the top and on the 5″ and 7″.
The tutorial below shows how to crease the centre’s to make the ‘pocket’ where I added some small Milka chocolates and Raffaello into the larger ones.
These are ideal for wedding favours or even small Christmas table favours.
Below the tutorial is a list of products used.
Happy Crafting 😊
