A really detailed card for you today.
These lovely Hometown Greetings Edgelits make a beautiful scene that can be left plain or embellished.
I only used two of the three Edgelits but it was quite fiddly and it did take me quite a while to add the Gold Glimmer Paper behind the tiny windows. Safe to say, I won’t be making this one in bulk to sell on my Christmas Fayre stall!
I simply used soft Sky as my base and then die cut the buildings. I added the Gold Glimmer Paper once they were stuck down as there was no where to adhere it to the back of the houses as there was either windows, doors or die cut out bits to prevent you having anywhere to stick anything to! (I hope that makes sense!)
To finish it off I heat embossed the sentiment and stars with Gold to the top of the card.
Very effective but takes a long time to make. Ideal if it is for family or loved ones.
Below is the products I used and don’t forget, if you haven’t got that new Christmas Catalogue yet, just let me know.
