I’m afraid to say that this will be my last Tuesday Trio. The reason for this, to be totally honest, is due to it starting to become a little too much for me to keep up with and I have decided to rethink my blog posts.
It’s not always about quantity but quality and sometimes I do feel that I am not giving my best, so Friday I shall update you with what to expect next week.
For my last Tuesday Trio I thought it would the perfect opportunity to show you the new Stitched Shapes Framelits. They contain Squares, Ovals and Circles, 4 sizes of each, which I have added to each card to show the sizes.
Obviously the Stitched Squares were used on this card along with Totally Trees, which I used on all of the cards. The base and ink is Marina Mist. A very simple card.
I decided to go with an autumn feel with this card and clearly used the Stitched Ovals. The base is Pear Pizzazz and then I used Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Delightful Dijon as the accented colours. The same colour inks were also used.
This last card starts with a base of Pool Party and a layer of Perfect Plum. The Stitched Circles were die cut in Whisper White. The tree trunks are stamped in Always Artichoke and then added the colour block shapes with Perfect Plum, Pool Party and Wild Wasabi.
I do think sometimes a blank card can be ideal to keep and I think these really are quite versatile for many occasions.
I hope you have enjoyed my Tuesday Trio’s and I have given lots of inspiration. Hopefully next week you will enjoy my blog even more.?
