My Umbrella Hero

Well it’s finally Friday. Yay, nearly the weekend and hopefully some free time.

You will notice I have made two similar cards here. No I’m not going crazy, I have done it on purpose. I wanted to show you the My Hero stamp set.

I’m fairly sure I mentioned this during the previous Annual Catalogue with Sprinkles of Life stamp but every Annual Catalogue has a stamp set that donates to RMHC®. This is Ronald McDonald House Charities and Stampin’ Up!® donate £2 to RMHC® from every set sold. Obviously this is a great cause and it’s a great feeling when you are giving something whilst buying something for your enjoyment but just look at the stamps themselves. Not only do they have something for nearly every season or holiday but they also co-ordinate with our punches, framelits and thinlits. What value for money.

As you can see from this card, I have used My Hero stamp for the umbrella but then used the rest of Umbrella Weather framelits and Weather Together stamps to make this card.

I actually really like the sentiment written in the umbrella.

So, the second card I made was using the Umbrella Weather framelits and Weather Together stamp.

I changed things slightly on this one and instead of rain drops I stamped little hearts in Pink Pirouette and the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry.

I think this card could be either a Get Well or Sympathy card or you could combine it with something else for a real twist on it all. Like always, it’s down to your imagination.

Have a great weekend and Happy Crafting.x
