Thank Crunchie it’s Friday. Isn’t it just crazy how fast the days and weeks pass.
I personally have been really busy over the last few weeks so I must admit I am really looking forward to some crafting time that’s not to meet a deadline or trying to get a project completed quickly. It takes the enjoyment out of it a bit to be honest. So, roll on next week?.
I quite often make notes to remind me of colour schemes I’ve seen or a technique that works well so that when I am a little lost for inspiration I can try one out.
Today’s project is one of those notes. Crumb Cake and Night of Navy. It really does work so well with each other, don’t you think?
I’m not sure of the right word to describe it, classy, elegant, smart or even a little bit of the country? Either way, I really do like it.
I have also decided to go back to some of the less used, not so new, stamp sets and Hopeful Thoughts was the one I pulled out.
Co-ordinate with that the Night of Navy Thick Bakers Twine and a classic is born. I really do just love it.
You could add the sentiment to this or not. Either way it will be gratefully received by anyone.
Have a great weekend everyone.
