Happy Home, Inside and Out

I’ve had this stamp and framelits for a little while and not used them so when I did get round to using them, of course, I had to make two ?.

I really like how versatile this set is.

The ‘inside’ window was made with a Whisper White base layered with the retiring In Colour DSP, Hello Honey. The curtains are also Hello Honey DSP. The fame was cut out of Whisper White along with the ‘scenery’.

The tree in the scenery was inked with Old Olive but I then used the blender pen to remove the ink on the trunk and used Sahara Sand Marker to colour the tree and gate. I also used Pear Pizzazz to colour the edging of the grass.

Once stamped I coloured the grass with Pear Pizzazz and then water coloured the sky with Soft Sky. There is a cloud in the sky which I stamped with Basic Gray.

The sentiment was also stamped in Basic Gray on Hello Honey card stock. It was punched out with the Washi Label Punch. The sentiment is from Happy Home.

The ‘outside’ window was created by using the Brick Wall TIEF on a layer of Whisper White which I then faintly water coloured with Sahara Sand.

The window frame was cut out of Whisper White, behind the window is Soft Sky and the curtains are from Timeless Elegance DSP.

The window box was cut from Soft Suede and the little flowers were punched from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack. I used Wisteria Wonder, Hello Honey and one of the NEW In Colours Sweet Sugarplum. A variety of Subtles candy dots were used in the centres.

The little birds are from the First Sight stamp set and stamped in Basic Gray.

I have ‘swiped’ a clear Wink of Stella across the window a couple of times too.
